Receive an email or text message with your account activity by creating a custom alert in the Bank OZK Mobile app. The following alert types are available:

• Reminder Alert – create a custom reminder message to be sent to you at the time of your choice.
• Balance Alert – receive a notification when your balance reaches a certain dollar amount.
• Check Alert – provide a check number and receive an alert when it clears your account.
• Daily Balance Alert – receive your balance every day at the time of your choice.
• Loan Payment Alert – receive a reminder before your loan payment is due and an alert when the payment is past due.
• Transaction Alert – you tell us the type of transaction and the dollar amount, and we will send you a notification when it posts to your account.
• Secure Message – receive a notification when the bank sends a secure message to your online banking inbox.
